Self-Doubt
Don't let self-doubt hold you back from growth.
I think this is something every leader goes through at some point in their career.
Sometimes when things are not going as you would expect, you can start to doubt your leadership skills and lose your confidence.
You have to remember that if you are a leader, you will be challenged and you will be stretched. This is all part of growth. You have to remain confident and grow through the hard times, this is what will help you be a strong leader.
Find a great mentor, one that will always be honest with you, and will pick you up when you are starting to doubt your ability.
Accept the constructive criticism to push through doubt and strengthen yourself as a leader.
When in Doubt, Stick it Out!!! You are worth it!
